Not really: No, these are sex hormones and do not directly effect the immune system or cortisol, which is the hormone that does effect the immune system directly. I have a fascination with immune neurology, and have yet to find a good immune system supplement. If you are concerned about an immune system issue, I would see an immunologist or discuss with your primary doctor.
