50/50: In one large study, pregnancy after tubal reversal happened within 2 years in 75% of women age 15-30. In another reversal study, 41% of women became pregnant if the original sterilization procedure was an electrocautery procedure; 50% if it was a Pomeroy; 75% with clips and 84% with rings. Best wishes!

Depends: Tubal reversal is a good option for women wanting to conceive after having a tubal ligation. However, recommendations to proceed with a reversal will depend on each individual patient situation, sch as type of ligation and presence of other fertility issues. Consultation is important.
