Blood pregnancy test: The pregnancy tests are probably correct; however, a blood test is the gold standard for determining your pregnancy status. In more rare situations, such as an ectopic pregnancy, the urine test can miss the pregnancy. Most likely you had an anovulatory month. It happens once in awhile.
