Probably fungus: If you have dry scale on skin and it is not improving with moisturizer cream, it could be a fungal infection. I would try a topical anti-fungal cream but you will have to use it daily for at least 2-3 weeks to completely get rid of the fungus. Your hands will improve fast but it takes longer to completely treat this condition
