Possibilities: The "twitching" could be relatively benign, and if there is suspicion of seizure activity, an EEG would be indicated. Discuss this with your pediatrician, as he/she will be better placed to guide you regarding your concerns. But, in my perspective, epilepsy is far less likely than a benign situation.

No: Twitching in a 10 month old needs to be evaluated for it's various causes. Your pediatrician will start by taking a good history on your baby's circumstance and do some basic blood tests. A referral to pediatric Neurology may be necessary after that
