Took pregnancy test four days after my period was late and its negative. im irregular, im almost 2weks late now.. had that test been reliable?

Likely Reliable.: In most cases a pregnancy test will turn positive about 10 days after conception. If you got pregnant in the last 7 days the test may show negative still. Do not have intercourse or use protection and retest in one week.
