Allergy?: Sounds like an allergic reaction to the scratches. You cannot get ringworm from the scratch itself. Cat scratch fever doesn't develop immediately after the scratch but within a day or two. Symptoms of cat scratch disease include swollen lymph nodes, fever, headache, fatigue, and loss of appetite.
