No problem: Cuts like this usually heal well on their own. good hygiene, a topical antibiotic , maybe a band aid and time will cure this. In the rare event you develop signs and symptoms of a progressive infection see your doc.

Be Careful: It will heal on its won as long as it is not bleeding or infected. Keep it clean and dry. You may use a local anesthetic like Xylocaine Jelly for the soreness and Benadryl (diphenhydramine) cream for the itching. If it does not help, try some OTC hydrocortisone. Good Luck. See a doctor if gets worse.
