Probiotic drink: Beyond finding a flavor you like, the brand won't make as much difference as the ingredients. Look for "live active cultures" on the ingredients list. A store brand with live active cultures can be as good as a more expensive brand name. Also, consider buying plain yogurt with live active cultures and adding fruit, honey etc. on your own. You'll get more "good" bacteria in yogurt vs. a drink.

There are better.: The drinks are expensive Better to take capsules with high count bacteria (10 billion of more), and ones with more strains of good bacteria (B10- or more). More convenient and better than drinks. Save your money!
