PBPV?: Hi, You might have Paroxysmal Benign Positional Vertigo, the sudden sensation that you're spinning or that the inside of your head is spinning and becomes worse with change in position. As bothersome as it is but it's not serious. You can do some exercises at home to make it better, read below for more info and exercise direction: http://sim.stanford.edu/resources/smg_patient_info/VERTIGO03-10.pdf

Vertigo : That spinning sensation is called vertigo and arises from one of two places. 1) Your inner ear. Viral infections, alcohol use, & head trauma can cause your ear to send different positional signals to your brain then your other ear and eyes creating vertigo. 2) Your brain. Problems with the balance center in your brain from strokes, tumors, or trauma can cause similar symptoms. See an MD for help.

Dizzy: Lots of causes. sometimes just need to drink more liquids. Could be a balance migraine. Sometimes inner ear. Start with a good checkup with your doctor. If thats normal, then see an ENT to check the inner ear
