Need more info: How long has this been going on, how old are you, & a few more questions. It would be prudent to see your family physician to check you out. Don't play games with your health.

Difficult: Since you don't give your age it's impossible to know whether or how serious this might be. However, chest pain that MOVES AROUND generally isn't dangerous. Also chest pain without breathing difficulty and not made worse with exercise is usually not dangerous. The only thing that comes to mind is some collection of gas in the esophagus or intestine. Avoid gas-producing foods; try simethicone.
