Patella alignment: Misalignment of the patella can be due to many different causes. Abnormal hip/knee angles, which are common in females is one of the more frequent causes. Muscle imbalance, is also a cause of poor alignment. There is also a huge genetic portion of how your body is aligned and functions. Identifying the cause is key in receiving proper treatment.
