Anxiety: Can play a role. Irregular periods is also indicative of not ovulating regularly. See a fertility specialist soon.

Other factors: Anxiety can have some impact on the cycle and therefore on fertility, but the irregular nature of you periods suggest that you do not ovulate regularly - that will have a much greater impact on your fertility than your anxiety would have.
