No: Back pain being one of the most common symptoms can have many causes most of which are not dangerous. Often this pain is muscular and can be improved with heat, so try a warm bath or a heat pack. If this gets worse or you begin to have any trouble with numbness, weakness or bowel/b;adder dysfunction- seek help immediately. Good luck!
