Breakthrough bleed: It's normal to have discharge every day. What's not normal is to have blood when it's not time for your period. At 23 years old, mostly likely due to change in hormones this month. Back pain often is due to blood or clots passing through the cervix, but could also be endometriosis/adenomyosis. Birth control pills can help regulate cycle if you're interested. Ibuprofen for back pain.
