Got some burning/pain in both jugular veins.got hashimotos and alot of infections.is it because of those two ?

Unlikely: Probably not. But if you have tenderness along the jugular vein you should have it checked out. It is probably some inflamed lymph nodes. It could be a clot in the jugular vein but this would be pretty unlikely on both sides. Check with your primary doctor.
