Stop testing: It is normal for ovulation kits to stay normal for several days then become negative. There is no need to check beyond the initial positive result. The hormonal rise that causes the positive result lingers for a few days which will keep an ovulation test positive. Once it is positive then you should begin having intercourse daily. Don't waste money buying more kits

Got almost positive opks for day 1 and 2 of testing. Got an obvious dark positive OPK on day three. Do i go by day 1, 2 or 3 to determine the surge?
If I take an opk and the test line is just as dark as the control and then the next day I take it and the test line blazing could I be ovulating then?
Is it physically possible to ovulate before HCG is zero? My HCG was 26 last Thursday and I believe I got a positive LH surge.. it was extremely light then a few hours later OPK was dark, then light again that evening. Could that have been it?
