Fordyce spots: Fordyce spots are a normal variant and require no treatment. There is no medication to make them go away. Although not something I would suggest, when there is a significant cosmetic concern then laser treatment by a dermatologist can be considered.

Unfortunately no: Sebaceous glands, if this is indeed what you have, are collections of keratin under the epidermis or top layer of skin and have to be surgically excised to resolve the condition. Seek evaluation to confirm the diagnosis and then appropriate care
