Instructions: Most dentists give oral & written instructions to follow. Your own body will do the healing. Some things to help it along: do not rinse out the first 24 hours. After that, rinse gently and continue to brush and floss properly, even near the extraction sites. Eat soft foods and try to eat on the other side as much as possible.
