No: You might have incited an allergic response which will cause the lids to swell but there are no allergenic tissues behind the eyeball so it will not pop out of the socket. If you have exophthalmos, a condition most common in thyroid disease, the lids could open so much that the eye will pop forward very uncomfortably requiring manipulation to push it back.
