Fordyce spots : Not uncommon to have these benign lesions called Fordyce spots around lips, genitalia & nipples, they can come & go, if no symptoms then nothing to worry about,

Skin abnormality.: It's impossible to say what the "cluster of beads" you are referring to is. But safe to say, if you've had it your whole life you should be fine. Have your doctor examine you if you are concerned or develop other issues. Best of luck.
