Kidney stone?: IS the back pain on rt side or midline or both sides. Most of the times the renal colic pain can be referred from loin to groin ,and you will the pain as testicular pain but actually pain could be referred pain from the kidney/ureter down to the scrotum. Also differential diagnoses are testicular swellings themselves and usually pain is in the abdomen bec.oflymphnodes.We do ultrasound the testes.
