Very unlikely: that anxiety is the cause of testicular pain,especiall if it is only on one side.If it is only one testicle it could be from an early inguinal hernia.Inguinal hernia is unusual,but possible in a 17 year old.If both testicles hurt then maybe it is psychsomatic.Good luck.
