Is it safe: daily aspirin reg. + 300mg relora 2x/day? i bruise very easily, have big waist circum. & family hist. of stroke/hrt dis. no other meds.

Probably safe: Hi. An aspirin per day is safe for the vast majority of people, although I usually recommend half an aspirin/day (162 mg). Relora, on the other hand, is snake oil, and has never been shown to be either safe OR effective. You are certainly doing something wonderful for the snake oil vendors (the Relora company), but not so for yourself. Treat blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes w/ real medicines!
