Depression: You did not say how long you had been on the antidepressant. It usually takes 4-6 weeks for it to work well. Have you followed up with your doctor yet. If it has been more than two weeks since you saw him please go back. Are you seeing a therapist? This may also help. If you are having any thoughts of hurting yourself go directly to the ER.
