They well may: Killing bacteria takes time and being a battlefield does not feel good, but if some are left alive - yes, they can win the battle and the ones that survived are the strongest. Don't stop a Rx w/out 1st talking w/ your provider. Late is better than never - so call ASAP to get some treatment going. Ask for help w/ side effects and lots of info. Be brave and patient - you need to win!
