Yes: Depending how long it's been since you started having periods it is common to have irregularly spaced periods or even skip a month without there being a pregnancy or serious abnormality. If you are heavily exercising or malnourished it is also common to not have a period. See your doc to make sure that you are healthy and that this is normal for you.
