Needs monitoring: Elevation of [intraocular]eye pressure to the low 20's is a warning sign that the biomechanics of the eye are having some trouble: not that the eye is imminently going blind. So there is time to monitor the structure and function of the microscopic sized parts of the eye that support vision, and plan the best way to preserve the vision you have. If you have lost vision, then there is urgency.
