Most likely: If you have seen your OB recently, and he/she has obtained fetal heart tones in the office, then you have little to worry about. The first trimester is full of changes. Most women feel better in the second trimester...less morning sickness, without the "practice contractions" and other aches and pains of the second trimester. If in doubt call your OB. Good luck.
