Do not worry: If your wife swallowed a little bit of perfume, it would not harm her or the baby in any way. Have her rinse her mouth to get the taste out. No other treatment is necessary unless she has an allergic reaction.

No: Perfume is made with aromatic oils and extracts of flowers, plants and spices, some alcohol is added to dry the liquid on the skin. There is nothing to worry about. Ripe fruit is allowed in pregnancy, for example, as there are minute amounts of alcohols in food too.
