Circadian Rhythms: Dear PodgB860, sleep is a complex mixture of biologic processes. One of these is the circadian rhythm, which is a kind of "clock" the helps to organize sleep patterns. Most people find that, once a pattern is established, the usually wake up at a certain time in the morning. Consider going to sleep earlier in the evening to increase sleep time, rather that trying to get up later.
