Nothing: Your platele is normal. Normal PLT ranges 150 - 350. MPV refers mean size of the platelet. It varies widely from 6 to 13.2 depending on the method of measurmenet. High MPV can indicates an active bone marrow or some disease state (very high value) associated with other abnormals.
