Ibuprofen: Periods can be irregular for many reasons other than pregnancy. Breast tenderness is associated with hormone changes during the menstrual cycle but is also associated with increased caffeine use or more chocolate intake. Antinflamatories like ibuprofen( Advil/ Motrin) or naproxen (Aleve), or the addition of a suppliment of Evening Primrose Oil capsules can be helpful for breast pain.

See your doctor: A missed period is not out of the question, but with a white discharge, the chance of infection is raised. The breast tenderness may be a sign of an imminent menstrual period, but the best next step would be to have an OG GYN examine you for any significant medical issues that could cause these symptoms and signs
