Monitor not common: I use a lot of Seroquel for patients and have never has nasal congestion. Monitor for tight throat or wheezing for an allergic reaction or even a side effect. I think it should stop soon but monitor for other symptoms. Make sure you didn't take anything else with it. Shortness of breath requires going to the ER
