Possible infection: You should speak to your doctor. Possible causes of this are increased fluid intake prior to bed, urinary tract infection, new medications if there are any and stress. Your doctor can advise you and probably have you get a urine sample to test for infection. If it is not an infection, they can help figure out another cause.

Have urine checked: Are you drinking more fluids, drinking caffeinated drinks if so you can urinate more. If there is any burning or discomfort be seen for a urinary tract infection It is common to wake up if you are drinking more fluids
