Talk to your doctor: Even if your OB agreed to an elective c-section, cervical exams are part of the exam in the last few weeks of pregnancy. Talk to your OB about your concerns so that you can come up with a plan that you are both comfortable with. I would advise that you talk about your feelings with a therapist. Molestation is wrong, but it wasn't your fault and you can work through the anxiety to find peace.

Therapy helpful: Rather than avoid a situation that incites anxiety I recommend cognitive behavioral therapy as soon as possible. C-sections put both you and the baby at increased risk and should be performed only when necessary. I am sorry you went through this awful experience but recommend getting help for the anxiety. This will help you throughout your life and with being the mom you hope to be.
