Consult w/ OBGYN: Since you are not pregnant, this sounds like you are planning for the future. That's wise. You can ask your OBGYN to help you decide on the best strategy which may involve a course of targeted psychotherapy to relieve your anxiety on this topic and might be successful enough for natural birth. But if you still have fears, yes. C-section could be the solution. It's not uncommon. Good luck w/ this.
