Heel pain: You may have plantar fasciitis. Besides anti-inflammatory medications you can find shoe inserts for this condition. Stretching exercises for the foot are always helpful as well.

See podiatrist: There are many causes of chronic heel pain ( bone spurs, plantar fasciitis, fractures, tendinitis). I'd recommend seeing a podiatrist. Taking ibuprofen and using heel cups in your shoes might help.
