Unlikely: It is most likely a normal physiologic discharge due to hormonal changes. If you are concern or if you missed a period consider a pregnancy test by using early morning first urine.

Possibly but unusual: Being sexually active places you at risk for pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases. It is unusual to become pregnant because of a single pill taken 2 hours late. See your MD about the discharge and run a rapid pregnancy test.
