Ok: brown discharge or red discharge is blood it can be entirely normal in an adolescent, dysfunctional bleeding is common and is easily treated with short or long term birth control pills

Incomplete info: Based on limited information its hard to pin point your issue. Monitor it for the next 48 to 72 hours. If not resolved or worsen consider seeing your DOC for physical examination & evaluation. By the way do you have a regular menstruation? Are you sexually active & concern for a pregnancy?
