Tendonitis: This particular type of tendonitis is called medial epicondylitis and sometimes is called "tennis elbow". The best treatment is to ice 20 min a day, rest the joint, and if it is not otherwise unsafe for you to take ibuprofen, then ibuprofen 2-3X a day with plenty of fluid for 2 weeks usually can clear the problem up. physical therapy can also be super helpful. see your doc and make sure we agree
