Easy things first: I have my patients try Nasacourt spray(it's ivercrhe counter) and sudafed for sinus headaches for a couple of weeks. If it doesn't help, I would consider an ENT visit. Often there are anatomical reasons (deviated septum , narrowed sinus outflow tract) A ct scan can be quite useful to shed light on the cause if medics doesn't work
