Strep needs RX: I am not sure what a loose uvula would means without looking. Strep throat needs to be treated with appropriate Antibiotics.

See doctor: Any body can get strep; throat infection which should be treated with penicillin , for that see your doctor .Your loose uvula is not causing strep throat infection .
