What does a swollen uvula with white patches and a swollen neck mean it is very painfull and it is not strep i was tested for that?
Hi Doctor...I woke this morning and my uvula was leaning to one side...I was diagnosed with strep throat this past Monday. Is this a problem?

Have strep throat but i also noticed these extremely tiny bumps or you can call then dots on the back of my throat above my uvula near my palate and it doesn't hurt. And i only know it's there when i use bright lightning and my tongue to feel over it?
Awoke with pain in left side throat. LARGE sore on uvula, no other symptoms. Appeared overnight. Canker, ulcer, strep? (I have pic, but cant attach)
