Most probably not: Hypophysitis is a rare condition and so far not many cases have been found. This is a growth on the Anterior Pituitary gland in the Sella Turcica of the Pituitary fossa. Contraction of muscles and headache R the initial symptoms of Hypophysitis. So, it is not depression.
