See a doctor: If the constipation is a new symptom it can be an indicator of underlying intestinal issue or caused by something else like a thyroid problem or merely represent a dietary/activity change. Try increasing you fiber intake, your water intake and exercise level but you should also see a physician to get checked out

Constipation: Increase fluid intake and fiber intake as well. Also you may want to try an over the counter stool softner. Assess your diet - eating healthy (vegetables and frutis) will improve your digestion. Yogurt is also good too.
