Not sure: What the question actually is, but it isn't uncommon for someone to "sleep in the wrong position" and wake up with an arm or leg or both, painful, numb, and/or hard to move. This usually occurs from something referred to as a compressive/entrapment neuropathy - too much pressure on a nerve. But it's also possible that your damaged some of the muscle or tendons in the area too.
