Not abnormal: The lack of a vaginal odor is not necessarily abnormal. If you are not having any other symptoms such as itching or discharge i would not necessarily worry about it I see you are having some spotting issues and if that persists you may need to get it checked out

Probably fine: There really aren't concerning issues that would necessarily cause the lack of odor. It may very well be the case that your "odor" is subtle and not readily perceptible. As long as your not having concerning symptoms, I wouldn't worry too much.
