A member asked:

When i am really focusing on what i'm doing, i smell smoke and other phantom smells? is it anxiety or my very mild sinus infection?

Dysosmia: You report a sensation of altered smell when you are focused or anxious. You are a smoker so I never take anything lightly in a smoker. You need to be examined by ENT for nasal pathology that can effect the olfactory nerves, including sinusitis. However, you may be somaticizing your anxiety which is more likely given the information you have provided.
