No: Nicole, Inmox eye drops won't help for your ear. The first step in helping your ear is to see your doctor, who can examine it. If it is an external canal infection, they can prescribe you ear drops. If it is a middle ear infection, then you need antibiotic pills. Finally, if it is a ruptured eardrum, you need antibiotics plus a referral to ENT. Your doctor can help with all of this.
