You should see a doc: antibiotics may be recommended, but you need to see a doctor as you may have caused an abscess which may need incision and drainage

Have it evaluated!: It's not that simple. The "red bump" can be an infection, but it may require an incision and drainage. Moreover, it can also be an allergic reaction (abx would not help in this case).
